Backgroud. There is still no clear morphological idea of the structural changes in the seminal vesicles occurring in them during blood circulation disorders of the reproductive system organs, whereas the clinical manifestations of the violations in these organs are clearly confirmed in practice. Objective. Study of changes in parenchyma and microcirculation of seminal vesicles with disorders of the circulatory system of the genitourinary system is relevant and is the goal of this study. Results. Ultrastructural changes in the cytoplasm of the secretory epitheliocytes of seminal vesicles after spermatic spinach were observed in the direction of significant depletion on the elements of protein biosynthesis, and the number of tubules of complex Golgi decreased. The secret was accumulated in the apical part of the cells, and composed with the fragments of the cytoplasm and microvilli secreted into the lumen of the tubules. Cell heteromorphism was observed: in most of the pellets of the granular endoplasmic net, they were pathologically expanded, but were sometimes found to be spontaneous or reduced. Significantly damaged structure of microvessels. After the blood circulation remodeling, the secretory activity of the major epithelial cells and the structure of the hemocapillary larvae were partially restored. As part of the nucleoli of the endothelial cells, characteristic components of the nucleolar organizers were observed, indicating the active course of the reparative processes in the microvascular component of the seminal vesicles. Conclusion. Under conditions of modeling of blood circulation disorders of the pelvic organs, significant destruction of the epithelial component of seminal vesicles is observed, which increases in the period from the 7th to the 20th day of the experiment and correlates with the degree of microcirculatory damage. After the remodeling of circulatory damage, there is a significant increase in secretory activity of the primary epithelial cells of the seminal vesicles and a partial repair of hemocapillary ultrastructure, but the reparative regeneration of the microvessels is limited.References
