CLEM, ESEM, five-axis Feodorov stage, polarization microscope, goniometric stage for electron microscopeAbstract
The Polarizing Correlative Light-Electron Microscopy (PCLEM) accessory (for TESLA BS-300 scanning electron microscope with goniometric stage) is proposed. Such accessories may be used not only in classical scanning electron microscopy chambers, but also in ESEM-like DIY-setups (Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy).References
