Abstract

 On September 24-26, 2013, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Scientific publication of the international level: problems, solutions, preparation and inclusion in indexes of citation and abstract databases" took place in Moscow (Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation) . The organizers of the conference were the Non-Governmental Partnership "National Electronic Information Consortium" (NE NEON), the Elsevier Guidance and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The conference was supported by the representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
