Abstract

The article describes methods of measurement of linear dimensions and areas of individual cells and their nuclei in the samples of tumor tissue stained with routine method (hematoxylin-eosin) and immunohistochemical method (with chromogen DAB) by the "ImageJ" application for digital analysis of the photomicrographs. The purpose of the article is to familiarize the students of medical faculty, graduated students and researchers with the modern computer technology to enhance their professional skills.
